What Causes Pain In Chest And Abdomen After Taking Vasograin And Cadolac For Migraine?

Hi, I am suffering from migraine.And it has increased alot during past some weeks ,maybe because I take a lot of tension. I have been taking vasograin and cadolac together and lately I have been taking it for about a whole week that too regularly. But I have recently developed a pain in my chest and area around the kidney. so is it because of these two medicines. I have a doubt because I have been taking these two together for last many years but there were no such symptoms long back then.
