What Causes Pain In Chest And Abdomen During Pregnancy While Having Hyperemesis Gravidarum?

I am 8 weeks pregnant. My pluse has been between 87/93 -153/159 today. My BP is currently 130/63 and my Respirations are regular at 20/min. I was experiencing chest pain, abdominal pain, and excessive shakes off and on today. I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum and I am wondering if it is possible that I am dehydrated and if I should go to the hospital or wait for my appt on Monday with my family doctor. Any advice?
