What Causes Pain In Chest And Abdomen Post Endoscopy?

I had an upper endoscopy yesterday. I am aware that a mild discomfort afterward is to be expected. My question(a) are this...what is considered to be mild? I have been having very mild chest pains today along with stomach pain radiating under my ribs. I suppose you can say radiating from my diaphram area . Several biopsies were done, they found a sliding hiatal hernia 36cm from the start point of the exam. This chest and stomach pain do not have me doubled over but I am just not sure this discomfort is normal . When I swallow anything, food or liquid, I feel it in my throat and it s like it burns when it hits my stomach. Nothing I m eating is spicy...even swallowing a sip of water gives me this uncomfortable sensation. Any advise is welcome.
