What Causes Pain In Chest And Arm Along With Night Sweats?

I have some chest pain on warm feeling on my left side, also mild pain on my left arm,
the last few nights I have woken up sweating. Mu glucose is elevated and I have a follow up visit with my doctor but not for a few days. Wondering if I need to go in sooner for this chest pain
