What Causes Pain In Chest And Arm On Intake Of Food?

I have had 2 stents in the passed (no pain and stress tests showed nothing) After almost every meal I get severe chest pain and pain in my arm after taking tums and resting it usually goes away in about 1/2 hour. I then feel pretty exhausted could this be a cardio issue or a digestion issue
