What Causes Pain In Chest And Arm While Having Hole In Heart?

I have a hole in my heart, also vasavagal syncope, also arrhythmia. I am waiting for the hospital to tell me what they are going to do. I am 76 years old and am generally in good health. I have been getting a sharp pain in the right side of my chest and a pain in my right arm for 24 hours otherwise I feel o.k. just very tired. what should I do. YYYY@YYYY
