What Causes Pain In Chest And Dizziness Along With Lowering Of Heart Rate?

i undergone heart surgery CABG in 2008, i am taking medicIne. CONCOR 2.5, ASPIRIN, CRESTOFER 10 MG, AND COVERAM 5 MG . From the last fifteen days i am feeling chest pain, with lower heart rate 60 but BP normal 120/80. I also feel dizziness and tongue stiffness .Kindly guide and advice
