What Causes Pain In Chest And Penis?

my 23 year old men.i had malaria fever at last month and dry cough and i had chest pain at time.the take ecg , echo and ct scan test all my test or normal.whether i have to take any test to check my heart.but i am not having any pain my heart.but i have pain my reproductive organ on right side.it occur frequently 5 to days it will be any serious problem. how it diagnosis this give some suggestion. i am waiting for your reply pls help me.and i will not smoke too and i drink only a beer.
