What Causes Pain In Chest And Ribs While On Iron Supplements And Xarelto?

I am on iron supplements and I am constipated . I am also on Xarelto. For the past two days after I eat , I feel pain in my left chest just under the ribs or breast. The chest pail goes away after some time. In addition , my left upper arm feels numb and hurts . That pain doesn t go away and increases when I lie down . Help !
