What Causes Pain In Chest And Shoulders On Being Diagnosed With Diabetic Ketoacidosis?

I am a type 1 diabetic and I have celiac disease. Back in October I was having severe chest pain went to the ER by way of ambulance (thought I was having a heart attack). They said I was going into diabetic ketoacidosis. They kept me there over the night. Gave me fluids, pain relievers and insulin drip on iv. Since then I have had lingering body pain seems like in all my joints .Have been to primary physician 10 plus times with major blood work done. Everything is showing good but c reactive protein is 14.4. Prescriptions don't really seem to do anything, Currently having moderate to severe pain now, have taken tamazapam and tramadol and blood sugar is good. Having pain in chest, shoulders right clavicle swollen. It hurts to brush my teeth my arms and shoulders hurt so much. I am married and have a four year old and one due in may. Feel like I can't hardly get around on some days, (Very disheartening). I have an appointment coming up with reutomologist but kind of feel like I am putting money in the wind with every visit. Any ideas or questions would be greatly appreciated, I also appreciate your time and effort to help me. I am 34 and was diagnosed diabetic at 27 (late onset type 1). Thanks again, Jeremy
