What Causes Pain In Chest On Touch After A Heart Attack?

I had a heart attack tha week before Christmas 2014 and had two stents put in. Today my chest has been hurting, mostly to the touch. The middle of my chest between the breasts feels like it is bruised and is sensative to the touch. Is this something to worry about?
