What Causes Pain In Chest Radiating To Neck And Ear?

I have been having gallbladder pain for the last three years although I have been told I do not have gallstones the painting is nigh more frequent and more severe the pain can now last 3 /4 days sometimes with a fever still waiting on a hospital appointment but I have also been getting middle chest pain radiating up into my neck and ear right side uncomfortable but didn t last long until now started 4 days ago feeling like trapped wind but has become more severe like a crushing pain in my chest feels like my chest is expanding getting tighter and tighter making it hard to breathe and giving me like a spasam or cramping in my throat can last anything up to an hour starting of peaking and then easing of but not going away completely now take omaprazol and have been taking radadin thinking it was indigestion but not helping could this be to do with my gal bladder also break out in a sweat even though I m cold
