What Causes Pain In Chest Radiating To The Under Arms?

what is causing me to have chrst pain in middle of my chest, that moves thru my right upper breast into my upper under arm. I am starting to hear voices, my nerves jump all thr time since they stopped some medicine and started new medicine. what is going on
