What Causes Pain In Chest While Coughing And Sneezing?

I was cross country skiing 5 days ago and fell back hard flat on my back. I had incredible pain in my chest right through to my back. It is still hurting, especially when I cough or sneeze, or move it in any way. Did I bruise my heart? Do I need to see a doctor?
