hi my 10 year old son has a 38.6c temperature, he is complaining of severe chest pain when he coughs. blood tests show an ESR of 42 where normal range is 5-7, MCHC is 30.1, HB is 10.2, PCV is 32.4, MCV is 68, MCH is 24.1 all outside normal range. what is wrong with him
