What Causes Pain In Chest While Laying On Bed?

I have pain in my chest/sternum area that gets worse when I lay in bed, bend over or lift my arms up. I took Zantac thinking it might be heartburn but that did not help. I am 40 years old and don t think it has anything to do with my heart. Do you have any ideas?
