What Causes Pain In Clitoris After Urination?

Everytime I go pee towards the end I get a really sharp pain in my clitoris, I feel like I have to pee every 5 minutes, also when I wipe there light pink on the tissue and I've also had really weird discharge sort of like a blood clot, it's was brown.
