What Causes Pain In Different Parts Of The Body?

Hello, yesterday my throat started hurting but it was only on the left side. When I woke up today in the morning it felt like my had been banged on something hard and my left ear hurt so much. I've been also having pain right below my right rib cage. Now I still have a migraine, my back is throbbing in pain. all my muscles hurt, hurts when I walk, and right below my stomach it hurts. Whats wrong with me?
