What Causes Pain In Ear Along With Swelling In Eyes And Numbing Of Taste Buds?

hi Doctor Good morning two days back my wife got pain in left ear in night and at Morning when she wake up her right side Jaw is not working well ; eye lid is also gone up some taste of tounge is changed ; right side eye is not blenking , we are from Jaipur and she is 39 ; what treatment she should take and what precautation has to be taken; is it paralysis ; ENT specialist says it is mild attack ; happen due to some ear problem and will take 1 month to be normal kindly guide as a neurologist so that see can recover well and does not get any further attach.
