What Causes Pain In Ear And Throat With Headache?

Hey, so yesterday my throat and ears stared to hurt. The are no white patches its a bit swollen though. Also I have weird type of headache and there s a strange thumping every so often that only feels that way in my head. I have emetophobia so I have anxiety attacks so im worried that im going to get sick. Whats wrong with me? I have also haven t drank much of water and juice or anything. Plus I didn t sleep well last night.
