What Causes Pain In Ear On Burping Along With Loss Of Hearing?

When i burp my right ear hurts n i feel like they need to pop, like im not hearing 100% and i been nausea when i wake up, dont know if that has anything to do with that but mentioning it just in case, any info on why this is happening would be very appreciated, thanx
