What Causes Pain In Ear When Tilting Head Backwards?

when i cock my head back i get presure in my left eardrum or near my eardrum. it is inside my head. the more further i tilt the more presure/pain, and also the pain travels all over my head but more on the left side i back of head. i also have pain in my left eyeball
