What Causes Pain In Elbow And Numbness In Arm?

I am a 47 yo female with pain in the right elbow for approx 8 weeks. The pain has increased and is now daily, usually all day. Pain is worse with lifting objects. I first believed it was arthritis. I take ibuprofen 400mg when pain is more severe and that helps. For the past 2-3 weeks I ocassionally feel numbness in that arm, warmth, and sometimes my arm feels cooler than my left arm. I have in the past been dx with an impingement of my right shoulder after having moderate shoulder pain. I m wondering if any of this is related.
