What Causes Pain In Elbow Joints?

Hi imin my 50s i work at a logistic cnter stacking pallets my problem that i have is my elbows at the joints when i lift a heavy product they hurt and if i squeeze them either side of elbow the bone hurts somtimes i get tingles in the end of my fingers like when you lay on or arms and cut the blood suppy and they so call go to sleep
