What Causes Pain In Extremities And Hair Loss In A Person With Fibromyalgia?

I am in my late 50 s and have recently had surgery and plate and screws put in c5 and c6. A year before that I had to have rotator cuff surgury I am beginning to become very depressed over health problems. Before this I was always very active and did so much in home and church.my Dr said it could be the anesthesia. I have noticed that I am experiencing Parkinson symptoms or like ms with my extremities upper and lower which make sit difficult to do ADL chores. I do have Fibro-myalgia but worry there is more going on with my body.I have no energy and am noticing so much hair loss. what can zi do? concerned . P.S. I do not like going to the DR and do not untill I can not handle pain any more
