What Causes Pain In Feet Along With Swelling In Ankles?

I started getting pains in the soles of my feet about 2 weeks ago. I could hardly walk some days as it was just so painful.

Now it seems to be moving up into my ankles. There is a redness and a bit of swelling on either side. My feet also swell if I have been on them for a long time.



Today I feel a swelling just above the knee with some tenderness.

I f i have been sitting down and then getting up to walk it is really bad.



I have recently moved to Laos and did alot of walking in really bad shoes. I am also a teacher so I am on my feet all the time. On concrete floors, we dont wear shoes in class.



This is really getting bad.
