What Causes Pain In Foot On Applying Pressure?

Fell off heavy aluminum ladder and ladder pinned my foot when I hit ground. I can t put ant weight on it except the side of foot but it still hurts when I try to put weight on it. I can move my toes a little but it hurts to do so. No bruising is noticeable. Richard
