What Causes Pain In Foot While Walking For Short Distances?

having an operate of my fovea capitis 1997(14yrs), half of cm been removed (head of fovea become even, not round) after opration.. since then my foot not balanced, my left foot side more longer than my right foot until now even after it was fully recover. i am still having some pained after a long walk/or stand/wrong movement. now i am 32, could anyone give some advised.
