What Causes Pain In Forehead Along With Tingling Sensation In Body?

My husband says he has had underlying pain and feels like electric zaps on top front of head and is seeing black spot moving around. he thought it was a bug or something and tried to catch it when he realized that there was nothing there. The pain is spreading to his forehead. He s been having a lot of tingling/electrical type pain in his head, he says all over his body.
