What Causes Pain In Frontal Head Along With Elevation Of Blood Pressure?

My head hurts in a new location. I usually have lots of headaches and all stress related. But now I have new pains on my right frontal and makes me squint alittle and stuff neck. May be from computer ??? Is this concerning. And I hav blood pressure spikes the minute I think of stressful thing or someone says something to make me tense and don t tak pills anymore. I couldn t take them. Hurts my legs. With leg aches
