What Causes Pain In Groin After An Injury?

I crushed my entire right leg in a crushing accident 6 months ago. When the accident occurred I discovered that my penis and scrotum were black and purple with bruising all the way back to anus. I don t remember ever hitting or crushing that area. For the past two months I ve experienced pain in my groin. Specifically to the immediate right and left of the penis. Also I ve began to feel pain in my abdomen similar to a hernia. Is it possible I pulled my groin or I hired it when trying to free myself? A groin pull?
