What Causes Pain In Groin Area After Gallbladder Removal?

yesterday I had the chills, and body ache. the chills and body ache has gone away. Today, I noticed that I have pain around the groin area (where the pelvis and legs join) and my penis is tender with a little swelling. Its been about 4 weeks since I have my gallbladder removed.
