What Causes Pain In Groin Area Inspite Of Being On Mirena Coil?

im 46 ive just had my period dont have evey ones because ive got the marina coil ini keep getting like period pains in the bottom of my stomach but this pain feels like wind pains i have got wind aswel i felt a burning in my groin yesterday didnt last long i got the same burning down the back of my legs not lasting long my water works are normal . what could this be period or wind ? i will have to use my partners email address.
