What Causes Pain In Groin, Joints Legs And Imbalance After Hysterectomy?

Had a complete hysterectomy 1 yr. ago I am suffering with right groin pain & pain in my joints, cannot walk good painful to walk & lift legs cannot take stairs, lose balance. In the morning when I get out of bed I can barely walk excruciating pain. What is wrong with me?
