What Causes Pain In Hand, Wrist And Elbow?

I have been having symptons that are getting worse that include hand pain, wrist pain, elbow joint pain, foot pain most notably heel area but entire foot - symptons are clearly in my joints. I do have colitis and my doctor did indicate I have a higher thank normal level of inflammation in blood tests - not sure if this could be related to colitis or a separate issue but it is getting difficult to stand up given how bad my knees hurt but suffering from equal amount of pain in hands, feet and elbows.
