What Causes Pain In Hands?

Hi - both hands get pains between first and second knuckle on each pinkie finger (on the inside of the finger). It feels like they are bruised on the inside. I don't know of anything that I did that would have caused this. It has been over a month. Should I be concerned? Thank you.
