What Causes Pain In He Right Breast?

Hello I'm a 27 african american female. As of right now there's a pain under my right breast I had on a sports bra and went to sleep but when I awoke I fwlt this pain under my breast. I know um due fir my period around the 5th what can this pain be cause I'm very scared
