What Causes Pain In Head And Blurred Vision?

what could be the problem when i feel a temporary sharp pain in the top left portion on my head (feels internal) as well as what appears to be a soft spot? I'm also tired for the majority of the time, and my vision is a bit off, almost like being crossed eyed for a few seconds, I have to blink real hard or rub my eyes for the sensation to go away.
