What Causes Pain In Head, Lightheadedness And Dizziness?

I keep getting pains in my head they go after about a minute but its not a head ache, and i keep going light headed even when im sitting down and also im tired all the time even when i have a good nights sleep im still tired the next day and can barely keep my eyes open, do you know what could be up with me?
