What Causes Pain In Head Pain On Bending Over And Exertion?

I am experiencing head pain with bending over and exertion such as having a bowel movement. It comes on suddenly and is pulsatile and bilateral in nature. It is at the top of my head. Sometimes turns into a headache and sometimes goes away. It is moderately painful. What could this be?
