What Causes Pain In Head,fullness In Ears And Itchiness In Eyes?

Hi. I am 20, a male, i experience pain and sensation in my head and feel tired always i have this kind of spitting frequent and my ears feel full my eyes itches some time i feels sandy in the eye. One doc told me the headache is migraine another said is anxiety disorder, may be you know better.
