What Causes Pain In Heel And Swelling Inspite Of Taking Naprosyn?

i am having heel pain constant sweeling and i am having this problem from 1 year . i am taking a painkiller neprosyn of 250 mg .when i am walking i am feeling pain but wgen i am not walking i does nt feel the pain. i am fed up with this problem . pls tell me a what is this disease . is this disease come under arthrites??? and also a wright doctor ???
