What Causes Pain In Heel On Application Of Pressure?

The bottom of my left heel hurts when I put pressure on walking or sitting in my recliner. When I sit in my truck for a long period of time. Also first thing in the morning. Pretty much all day at work going up and down ladders or when I sqaut. There is also a tingling feeling through my left foot as well.
