What Causes Pain In Heel Radiating Up To The Buttocks?

i have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in the past with steroid shots in the heel x 2 times. Have been better for quite a while, however lately have severe pain in the heel all the way up the leg to the hip and buttock area. almost feels like a pulled muscle in the hip/buttock, weakness in the ankle and knee. feels like the pain is connected from the heel all the way up the leg. Could this be from the fasciitis
