What Causes Pain In Hip After Having Nifedipine?

Hi, I am concerned about terrible hip pain and wondering if my meds might have something to do with it? I am taking, nifedipine er 60 mg 2xs daily, hydralazine 100 mg 3xs daily. Mozart an potassium 100 mg 2xs daily and calcitriol 0.25 MCG Mon, wed and Friday.
