What Causes Pain In Hip After Reducing Divigel Dosage?

I am reducing the dosage of Divigel from 50 mg to 25 mg. I am 57 years old, low Blood pressure (90/60), high cholesterol (220 total, HDL 65), 124 lbs 5 feet 7 inches. I have sudden hip pain (both sides, already had X-rays and PT, nothing showed up). Should i go back to 50 mg?, or deal with it .Thanks
