What Causes Pain In Hip And Foot Along With Contractions Of Thigh Muscles?

Hi there. My calf, hamstring and thigh muscles are constantly contracting. I have pain in my hip and my foot when i put weight on it. I have had no accident. What could this be? Also when i cough, laugh or sneeze my leg spasms. Have a slight ache in my lower left of my back
