What Causes Pain In Hip Radiating To Groin Post Appendectomy?

I m about 3 1/2 weeks post laparoscopic appendectomy. I ve had a tough time with left abdominal pain. My left hip started hurting last night and has gradually gotten worse throughout the day. The pain is also radiating to my groin and under my left rib and side. Should I just make an appointment for my doctor on Monday? Or should I be seen sooner?
