What Causes Pain In Humerus?

I have pain in humerus...crepitus present was unilateral, now bilateral ...can stop movement due to pain, then resolves...hope to see rheumatologist soon! Have Hashimotos, and DX with Fibromyalgia ...Family Hx grandchildren with Celiac, sister with Lupus and Reynardd.....any advice would be so welcome....also I need Hip replacement 70 yrs old...but HG now 9... Scheduled for Abdominal Ultrasound and endo and colon Meds: synthroid, cytomel, cymbalta, Vit D ,Prilosec ....what next... Feel awful!!! HELP!
