What Causes Pain In Joints Along With Tingling At The Back Of Shoulder?

Hi, I am a 53 year old female, I have all over joint pain that comes and goes, I also have many other problems, I have a blue tint in the whites of my eyes sometimes that is very painful, my toe and finger nails are crumbling, I have a tingling in the back of my shoulder and thigh sometimes. I get very bad head aches.
